Adina Forsstrom brings a wealth of experience in individual, team, and leadership development spanning across the United Nations System, private sector, and non-profit organizations. As the Head of Team Solutions at UNHCR, Adina and her team are dedicated to cultivating a conducive environment for high-performing teams globally. Prior to this, she oversaw the leadership development for the most senior leaders at UNICEF. She has also served as an HR Business Partner and in talent development at UNDP. Beyond the United Nations, Adina has made contributions as the Head of Human Resources for a non-profit organization, and as an HR Business Partner in the private sector. Her broad spectrum of experiences equips her with a unique and holistic perspective on organizational development. A native of Sweden, Adina holds a Master's degree in Social Work and Organizational Development from Malmo University.
